- Added ability to rename existing categories, along with some help text.
- Modified the default set of categories.

- Added ability to create and delete categories (custom category names).
- Added new "summary view" for income statement and balance sheet. Great if you want to show to a third party (e.g. mortgage broker), but don't want to disclose explicit details.
- Some general code cleanup, fixing some issues with titles, etc.
